Cartography, Geovisualization & GIS on Mastodon
A list of recommended accounts, manually curated and annotated by Florian Ledermann.
If you want your account to be added to or removed from this list, or want to nominate other accounts that are missing, please contact me.
More details...
This list was last updated in July 2023.
My criteria for including accounts in this list are roughly:
- Has been active within the last 3 months.
- Has some posting history or pinned posts that allows me to get an impression of what the account posts.
- Does not post too much off-topic content or boosts.
- At least some of the posts are in English.
- No accounts driven by automated cross-posting from other networks.
For accounts I do not know very well, I try to use parts of the bio as a description.
I don't tend to include job titles (professor, director, …) here, but rather try to describe what people do / post about.
